RETURNS:
Cape Cod Air Grilles’ workmanship is warranted for one year. Standard size grilles in Red Oak or White Oak can be returned within 30 days from date of purchase with prior approval from our company. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM SIZE GRILLES OR GRILLES IN ANY WOOD SPECIES OTHER THAN WHITE OAK AND RED OAK. We reserve the right to charge a fifteen percent re-stocking fee in some circumstances. PLEASE CONTACT US WITH SPECIFIC QUESTIONS REGARDING OUR RETURN POLICY.
IMPORTANT:
Cape Cod Air Grilles are strong and durable. Many customers ask if they can be walked on. If the grille is up to 6” wide in our standard sizes, they can be walked on with normal body weight. Any grille larger than 6” will need to be braced or supported underneath in order to avoid breakage.

Cape Cod Air Grilles is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any warping, buckling or cracking that may occur. In order to protect your grilles and prevent warping or cracking, you MUST seal the grilles on each side and in between slots/squares PRIOR to installation. Ask a flooring specialist for the proper paint, stain, or urethane product to use on your wood grilles, keeping in mind that if the wood grille absorbs any product unevenly or at different times, it can result in warping or cracking.
