High Velocity Covers
Our high velocity registers come in several styles.
We have both flush mount or surface mount high velocity grilles. The flush mount style will be flush with your flooring. You can order an additional frame as an option. The frame is also flush with flooring and allows the grille to be easily removed to access the duct for cleaning or repair. The surface mount style raises above the floor by 3/8" and drops into the duct by 3/8". There is a round over on all sides of the surface mount grilles.
Also, there is the slotted style or open style. The slotted style has horizontal slots. The open style has a round open center with a flex tube on the backside which connects to most high velocity systems. There is a wire mesh attached to the grille to prevent objects from dropping into the duct.
Lastly, the grilles can also be either round or square.
Surface Mount High Velocity Covers
Application is generally used with existing flooring.
- High Velocity covers are 3/4" thick and are sold unfinished to offer the versatility of adding the stain and/or finish of your choice.
