SHIPPING INFORMATION

In stock items will go out immediately. Custom Grilles will take 7 to 10 business days. All orders are shipped UPS Ground. Special arrangements can be made for faster shipping or shipping outside the continental United States.

HOW TO PAY

When ordering by telephone or fax, we accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover. 

SALES TAX

We are required to collect a 5% sales tax for deliveries to Massachusetts.

RETURNS

There is a 15% re-stocking fee for returns of standard size grilles. There are no returns on custom grilles.
